Statement of Support

It may seem as though the world ends when your computer crashes, and I have been there. I started in the 7th grade, and haven't stopped learning. As I tell people I meet in the coffee shop, or in the first call, I'm a guy who can probably fix your computer. I'm not licensed, I'm not insured, I'm not bonded, and if you are concerned about those things, I'm also not the right guy to help you out. I have figured out a great deal about how to fix numerous problems, generally because of my mistakes. My whole approach to tech support is that 9 times out of 10, I can provide a low-cost alternative to repair your system. As a result, I work mainly through recommendation. If I can't assist you, I will refer you to a professional.

I want your system to work best for your needs, and I want you to understand the best way to use it. I enjoy working with people to learn about their needs and using technology to meet those needs. As I've stated, I'm not insured, nor do I have any certifications. As a result, I'm using knowledge I've acquired working to resolve real world issues, from my experiences or others. I've suffered data loss without a backup, and I understand the feeling of losing all of one's work. I was told the only way to recover the data would be to send it off for a fee. I searched, and was able to do it myself. I recovered all of my data. I remember the sinking feeling I had, and my goal is to prevent that for you.

Testimonial for Personal Support:
"After hearing from a friend about Jeremy Halsey's help with saving some files on her computer after it had crashed, I decided to enlist his help. ...Thanks to Jeremy and his extreme patience with me, I can now reply to and send emails and am thrilled to be able to get pictures of my two year old granddaughter. I can also use the internet to find information I need to know. During each of Jeremy's visits, I was impressed with his unbounding computer knowledge and yet his patience in allowing me to learn things at a pace comfortable for me. He gave me time to take some useful notes [and made] sure I understood and could apply the things we had covered." Mary Rector, Piney Creek
